Based on my extensive education, training, and over three decades of experience in private practice, I have much to contribute to the medical-legal world. I stepped away from clinical practice due to a right upper extremity deficit. However, I remain committed to the medical field and am able to objectively review records, analyze data and cite relevant medical literature in order to provide valid opinions and render meaningful testimony in a clear and concise manner.
Experience
Throughout my career, I had private practices in Santa Monica, California, Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Thousand Oaks, California, involving over 200,000 patient encounters, a third of which consisted of new patient visits. Additionally, I performed over 9,000 surgeries, averaging approximately 25 procedures per month. With all that, I have maintained a spotless record - no law suits, disciplinary actions or suspensions and no adverse outcomes.
Having been in the clinical practice of orthopaedic surgery for over 30 years, I bring a wealth of knowledge and insights that can be useful in the medical-legal field.
I possess both the ethical principles and the competence to impartially examine records, scrutinize information, and reference pertinent medical literature, thereby delivering credible insights and coherent testimony in a straightforward and succinct manner.
I am intentional and deliberate in my reports, opinions, and testimony and not intimidated by cross-examinations.
